PH71202: INCOMPLETE DIAGNOSTIC INFORMATION WHEN DB2 HPU FAILS TO RETRIEVEDB2 PARAMETERS

Error description

• Incomplete diagnostic information is provided when Db2 HPU fails
  to retrieve the Db2 parameters at the beginning of an unload
  with the following symptoms:
  
  - An SQL error message is displayed (for example, SQLCODE -104
    or -206).
  - An INZI193E DB2 ERROR: FROM CLI message is displayed
  
  The diagnostic information provided in the logs is incomplete
  due to the following reason:
  
  - Two SELECT statements are issued attempting to retrieve the
    Db2 parameters, one with the ' (single quote) symbol and
    another with the " (double quote) symbol as the SQL delimiter
    (these two statements are issued in order as HPU does not have
    information on the SQL delimiter used by the Db2 subsystem
    beforehand, which requires testing both and retrieving the Db2
    parameters from the valid statement, including the correct
    delimiter itself). When both attempts fail, only an SQL error
    message for the second SELECT statement is displayed and the
    error message for the first statement is erroneously omitted,
    only providing partial diagnostic information as a result.
