Error description

• On a DECIMAL=COMMA SSID, an illegal symbol error can result when
  SQL contains a list of numbers - separated by commas (without
  spaces). What is intended to be list of parameters, is treated
  by Db2 as a floating point number. The fix will reformat the
  parameter list in such a way that Db2 will not interpret the
  list as a floating point number, but rather as a list of
  parameters as originally intended.
