Error description

• After upgrading zoautil to 1.4.1 and installing the updated .whl
  package in a venv the following error is seen for
  datasets.create:
  IndexError: list index out of range
  During handling of the above exception, another exception
  occurred:
      raise DatasetVerificationError(name)
  zoautil_py.exceptions.DatasetVerificationError:
  xxxxxx.TEMP.TEST.DSN
  Same script when executed on a system with zoautil 1.4.0 works
  normally.
