PH71133: Object Compare fails to ignore COMPRESS change when COMPRESS is present in ignore file

Error description

• DESCRIPTION: When COMPRESS is present in ignore file, Object
  Compare Tool fails to ignore COMPRESS change on tablespace. This
  leads to error ADB7392E when target version file has function
  level less than 'V12R509' and source has COMPRESS YES HUFFMAN or
  COMPRESS YES FIXEDLENGTH.

  *                      space even when COMPRESS is listed in   *

  When COMPRESS is included in the ignore list, Object Compare
  fails to ignore any changes to COMPRESS, which can lead Compare
  to incorrectly issue ADB7392E and end with RC=8.
