  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides enhancements to      *
  *                      tolerate and support Db2 13 function    *
  *                      level 509.                              *
  ****************************************************************
   This APAR provides enhancements and fixes to tolerate and
  support Db2 13 function level 509 (FL509). It also includes
  support for Db2 functions that are not part of FL509.
  
   - In Tools Customizer (TCz), support is added for V13R1M509 as
   a valid option in the APPLCOMPAT field.
   - The Utility History (ADB2Z2H1) panel is updated to include a
   SHRLEVEL column when the Db2 maintenance level is V13R1M509 or
   higher.
   - The Package Statements (ADB21KST) panel is updated to include
   STMT_HASHID2 and STMT_HASH2VER from SYSIBM.SYSPACKSTMT when the
   Db2 maintenance level is V13R1M509 or higher.
   - Performance panels ADB2314 and ADB2314X are updated to
   display the new RTS column NSYNCREADIO when the Db2 maintenance
   level is V13R1M509 or higher.  
   - When GEN is executed with the 'Generate catalog stats' option
   and the target level is Db2 V13R1M509 or higher, NSYNCREADIO is
   also generated for both table space statistics and index space
   statistics.
   - When "1 - Display ML" is selected on ADB2Z2M, -DIS ML DETAIL
   is generated when the Db2 maintenance level is V13R1M509 or
   higher. Function level 509 is used as the verification level.
