  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *

  1. The STC gets a S0C4 abend when attempting to send an email
     notification of a member update.
  2. The STC issues a CYG843E Invalid event detected message when
     a user does many renames, updates and adds to different
     members in a short space of time.
  3. zOSMF plug-in member version comparisons do not complete but
     no error messages are produced.
  4. A S0C4 abend occurs in module CYGCOMM when using the
     ARCHIVERESOURCE command.
  5. The Change Tracker Health Checker REXX routines fail with
     AXREXX SERVICE RETURN CODE: 0000000C  REASON CODE: 05030C08
     when the REXX Alternate library is used.
  6. The serialization of segmented records in the VSAM Control.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. The abending routine is fixed to ensure that there is no
     attempt to used released storage.
  2. The STC is fixed to ensure correct handling of update and
     rename events.
  3. The zOSMF plug-in is fixed to ensure that correct temporary
     data set names are produced.
  4. The abending routine is fixed to correctly handle a no-events
     situation.
  5. The Change Tracker Health Checker REXX routines have been
     rebuilt to work with the REXX Alternate library.
  6. Serialization of segmented records in the VSAM Control file
     is fixed to ensure completeness in all situations.
