PH71062: IMS PA FPIRUC REPORT, SYSTEM TOTALS INCORRECT VALUE IF GREATER THAN 9999999

Error description

• IMS PA FPIRUC report displays an incorrect System Totals when
  the value is greater than 9999999. For example:
  
  Fast Path Resource Usage and Contention Total
       IMS1  System Totals: 5038280
       IMS3  System Totals: 5739450
       Total  System Totals: 77730
  (5038280 + 5739450 = 10777730, but printed as 77730)

  Contention has incorrect System Totals due to value overflow.
  If the value exceeds 9999999 a blank may display for the
  high-order digit.
  

Problem conclusion

• There are seven digits available in the System Totals column.
  The code has been changed to display 9999999 for values
  exceeding this number. A blank will not be displayed for
  the high order digit.
