  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR adds 2 new generic ignores:   *
  *                      OWNERSHIP and COMPRESSION.              *
  ****************************************************************
  The new generic ignore OWNERSHIP allows users to specify an
  ignore for the ownership of all objects (OWNER/CREATOR and
  OWNERTYPE/CREATORTYPE fields) without the need to specify the
  list of ignores for each object type.
  The new generic ignore COMPRESSION allows users to specify an
  ignore for the COMPRESS field for tables and indexes.
