* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This enhancement improves the issuance  *
*                      of the ADB9983W warning message for the *
*                      REORG INDEX utility                     *
****************************************************************
In Db2 version V13R1M500 or higher, the NOSYSUT1 option for
REORG INDEX is fully controlled by Db2. Therefore, Db2
Administration Tool ignores the UTIL_REORG_INDEX_NOSYSUT1
CM batch parameter and sets it to NO internally. Previously, the
ADB9983W warning was issued even when UTIL_REORG_INDEX_NOSYSUT1
was not explicitly set by the user in the ADB configuration,
causing confusion. With this enhancement, ADB9983W is issued
only when UTIL_REORG_INDEX_NOSYSUT1 is explicitly set to Y or
N for Db2 V13R1M500 or higher.
