Error description

• CICS Transaction Server 6.3 formats CICS internal
  trace entries with GMT time stamps instead of
  Local time.
  
  This APAR is being taken to make CICS internal
  trace time stamps formatted in LOCAL time, like in
  previous releases.

Problem conclusion

  local time.
