Error description

• When RGE is executed using the DDEFPDS2 DD while a shadow DBDS
  remains before RGE execution, IEC161I 066(002)-026 occurs in the
  reload task, resulting in HPSR3618E (OPEN ERROR) and ABEND
  U3618.

  This occurs when the volume of an existing shadow DBDS differs
  from the volume of a newly created one by DDEFPDS2.
  The old volume is stored in TIOT during dynamic allocation,
  and a mismatch arises when a new shadow DBDS is created
  on a different volume, causing an OPEN error.
  

Problem conclusion

• Reorg Expert has been modified so that dynamic deallocation is
  performed for shadow DBDS created by DDEFPDS2 DD, allowing
  subsequent dynamic allocation to correctly register the volume
  information in TIOT and eliminate the mismatch.
