  This issue is caused by data overlay occurring during the
  processing of the Lock name from IFCID 172, specifically when
  it is translated to EBCDIC and written to the DMP0 record.
  The affected code path is hit only for records in which
  19 resources are involved in the deadlock.
  

Problem conclusion

• Overlay issue is fixed.
