PH70667: DFHAP0701 IN XRMIOUT EXIT DFHAP0001 0C4 ASRD IN DFHUEH FOLLOWED BY DFHPC0409 RUNNING CICS TS 6.3

Error description

• Running CICS transaction server 6.3 you experience the following
  errors:
  
  DFHAP0701 An abend (code ---/RLEL) has occurred in exit
           program xxxxxxxx at exit point XRMIOUT
  DFHAP0701 An abend (code 0C4/AKEA) has occurred in exit
           program xxxxxxxx at exit point XRMIOUT
  DFHSR0618 An illegal macro call or reference to the CSA
           or TCA has caused the abend which follows
  DFHAP0001 An abend (code 0C4/ASRD) has occurred at
           offset X'00000F98' in module DFHUEH
  This is followed by more abends and eventually receive:
  DFHPC0409 Abends ASRD and ASRD have been issued while
           processing abend RLEL for the same task
           transaction xxxx.
  
  Additional symptoms: KIXREVNAL
  
  0c4 ABEND0C4 ABENDS0C4 UEH GLUE Global Exit
  
  EXEC CICS ABEND Common System Area RSA
  

Local fix

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: CICS reports an 0C4 in DFHUEH,          *
  *                      and then terminates with                *
  *                      DFHPC0409 - Abends ASRD and ASRD        *
  *                      have been issued while processing abend *
  *                      xxxx for the same task                  *
  ****************************************************************
  CICS is called to ABEND a task while the task is in
  Global User Exit processing.
  In the reported case, an ABEND RLEL was issued while
  CICS was executing a XRMIOUT GLUE.
  DFHUEH suffers an 0C4 abend, trying to store a value into
  the CSA.
  CICS recovery processing detects the abend within DFHUEH
  while processing an earlier ABEND and terminates
  with message:
    DFHPC0409 - Abends ASRD and ASRD
    have been issued while processing abend
    xxxx for the same task
  

Problem conclusion

• CICS has been modified to prevent the 0C4 in DFHUEH.
