  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This enhancement provides validation    *
  *                      of unique index changes when a primary  *
  *                      key or unique constraint is altered.    *
  ****************************************************************
  The ALT function is enhanced to validate that when a primary key
  or unique constraint is changed, a corresponding unique index is
  also updated.
  
  The 'ALT - Related Objects' (ADBP7REL) panel is enhanced with
  the new M (modify) line command that allows a user to select a
  primary or unique index and automatically align the index
  columns with the new primary key or unique constraint.
  
  Before generating the ALTER job, the object list is checked
  to ensure that the new primary key or unique constraint has a
  suitable unique index. If the required index is missing, a
  blocking error message is displayed.
  
  A new option 'Check unique key and index matching' has been
  added to the ALTER options (ADBP7P) panel. When set to YES
  (default), the ALTER job generation is blocked if the required
  unique index is missing. When set to NO, the ALTER job can be
  generated regardless.
