PH70632: IMS TOOLS SETUP: IVP JOB DB STRUCTURE AND INITIAL LOAD DEFECTS

Error description

• IMS Tools Setup creates IVP databases used by the IVP jobs to
  verify that customization has been performed correctly. Although
  the IVP jobs complete successfully, the IVP databases created by
  IMS Tools Setup do not have the intended structure. This APAR
  corrects the IVP database creation process.

  IVP databases created by IMS Tools Setup do not have the
  intended structure due to a defect in the database creation
  process. Although the IVP jobs complete successfully and
  customization verification is not impacted, this APAR corrects
  the issue to ensure that IVP databases are created with the
  proper structure.
  
  Additionally, IMS Tools Setup is enhanced to allow users to
  avoid generating unnecessary IVP JCLs related to the FPSI
  database when it is not used.
