Error description
This enhancement enables OSM (Online Space Management Utility) to automatically scan/delete active SDEP (Sequential Dependent) segments in the CSC (Cannibalized SDEP CIs) portion before calling OAE (Online Area Extender) to perform IOVF (Independedent Overflow) extensions. This enhancement eliminates the need for users to manually run SDEP SCAN/DELETE utilities to work around CSC restriction. This enhancement is being implemented as a result of IDEA IMSFPSP-I-11.

SCANDELT=AUTO allows the IOVF portion to be extended without manual operations before you run OSM to delete active SDEP segments from the CSC portion of the area or to prevent the insertion of new SDEP segments into the CSC portion.
