Local fix

  • 1. DDL generation job fails due to empty value in the OWNER
   string in ADB2GEN job. The value is empty due to incorrectly
   defined application subsystem while fetching owners.
2. In the current behavior, when a column that has an associated
   index is dropped, the resulting error message does not
   identify the index name linked to that column. This lack of
   detail makes troubleshooting more difficult. With this
   enhancement, the system will include the associated index
   name in the error message whenever a column with an index
   is dropped.
