Error description

• The UMS UI invokes the IDAA API without encoding the URL
  (subsystem name). As a result, a subsystem name such as DSNDB1#
  is sent as DSNDB1 to the IDAA Client, causing errors during IDAA
  Connection creation. This issue has been resolved by adding
  encodeURIComponent, ensuring subsystem names containing special
  characters are transmitted correctly
