  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR adds support for mass delete  *
  *                      of changes using user-defined criteria. *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR adds support for mass delete of changes from panels
  and in Change Management (CM) batch:
  1. New primary command DELETE is available on panel ADB2C11
  (CM - Changes) to specify criteria, such as change owner, name,
  status, or age, for mass delete of changes.
  2. New field 'Delete change data sets: Y/N' is added to panel
  ADBPC11E (CM - Delete Change) to delete data sets associated
  with the change.
  3. New options DELETE_CRITERIA_OWNER, DELETE_CRITERIA_NAME,
  DELETE_CRITERIA_OWNER, and DELETE_CRITERIA_STATUS are available
  to specify the criteria for mass delete of changes in CM batch.
  4. New option DELETE_CHANGE_DATASETS is available in CM batch
  to delete the data set associated with the deleted change.
  5. New option DELETE_PREVIEW_ONLY is available in CM batch to
  generate the list of changes that meet the specified mass
  delete criteria and their associated changes and data sets.
