Error description

• Object Comparison Tool is not correctly processing scenarios
  that result in column mask/permission drops when dropping the
  table, column, or explicit drops of column mask/permissions.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Object Compare drops and recreates      *

  *                      the mask or permission is being         *
  *                      explicitly or implicitly dropped.       *
  ****************************************************************
  When attempting to explicitly or implicitly drop a column
  mask or permission, Object Comparison Tool incorrectly assumes
  the mask or permission needs to be dropped and recreated. This
  behavior results in an attempt at recreating masks or
  permissions on columns or tables that no longer exist.
