  Introduced Dynamic Statement Cache support:
  Added a new Dynamic Statement Cache panel to display execution
  and performance data for dynamic SQL statements. The panel
  allows filtering by program, execution count, and stabilization
  status, and provides the ability to stabilize or free dynamic
  queries.
