Error description

• An ABENDS0C4 IRTFSC15 IN CSECT IRTFCMD0 AT X'4FA' when using the
  PRF HOLD or STOP commands.  This abend will likely show the
  failing job abending with an ABENDU4036. In the job you may see
  the following line showing the S0C4 before the U4036 occurs:
  IDI0002I Module IRTFSC15, CSECT IRTFCMD0, offset X'4FA': PIC
  0004 (Abend S0C4 - Protection Exception)

  * Apply the maintenance for this APAR, and                     *
  * recopy the IMS Program Restart Facility                      *
  * modules using the IMS Program Restart                        *
  * Facility usermod.                                            *

  During processing of the PRF Modify HOLD and STOP commands, an
  unnecessary search loop is executed. If this search repeatedly
  succeeds depending on the memory conditions, it may, in rare
  cases, result in a 0C4 ABEND.
  

Problem conclusion

• With this PTF, the processing of the PRF Modify HOLD and STOP
  commands is corrected, preventing the ABEND from occurring.
