PH70164: AN S913 ABEND OCCURS WHEN A USER ATTEMPTS TO DISPLAY THE IMS DBDS REPORT

Error description

• The CSETUP command used by the IMS DBDS report function stores
  configuration information in a data set that is not intended
  for this purpose. If a user does not have update authority for
  that data set, an ABEND913 occurs.

  An S913 abend occurs when a user attempts to display the IMS
  DBDS report.
  

Problem conclusion

• The REXX procedure is updated to create a data set with update
  authority for storing the configuration information used by the
  CSETUP function. The procedure is also updated to ensure that
  the information is written to this data set.
