PH70128: JOB BUILD CAN RESULT IN WRONG OBJECTS BEING SELECTED WHEN HISTORY/ARCHIVE OBJECTS ARE INCLUDED IN OBJECT PROFILE

Error description

• When an object profile includes a BASE tablespace with the
  HISTORY/ARCHIVE keywords specified (field = Process H/A), the
  following job generation errors will be corrected:
  1) The BASE tablespace can sometimes be excluded from the job
     build, when in fact, it should be the HISTORY/ARCHIVE
     tablespace that should be excluded.
  2) LISTDEF syntax will now include the "ALL" keyword when
     the "HISTORY (or ARCHIVE)" keyword is generated.
