Error description

• Currently, subsystem refresh discovery runs automatically every
  24 hours or at the configured interval. When new Db2 objects are
  created between these intervals, a full discovery must be
  initiated to detect them. This approach is time consuming and
  CPU intensive because it requires rediscovering all objects even
  those unrelated to the changes. To optimize performance and
  reduce processing time and CPU usage, a new API has been
  introduced that supports object discovery by individual object
  type instead of performing a complete subsystem wide discovery.
  This targeted approach significantly improves efficiency and
  reduces overhead.
