STOP,ALL causes abend when Db2 log reader threads take longer than 5 seconds to end.
Problem conclusion
LRITerm now waits indefinitely for the Db2 log reader threads to exit. Before waiting, it reports "Waiting for thread(s) to end." After each thread ends, the message is reported again with the new number of threads still running.
