Error description

• The value displayed for SEQ_IO_METHOD in the "PARAMETERS
  OVERRIDEN BY SYSIN OPTIONS" section of the DISPLAY_PARMLIB
  report is not compliant with the SYSIN when the option is
  specified (the default access methods are still correctly
  displayed for the VUM039/IOMETHOD in the "LPAR PARAMETERS"
  section of the report).
