  This PTF updates the following tools:
  
  - Git is updated to version 2.52.0
  - Perl remains at version 5.43.2
  - Curl is updated to version 8.18.0
  - Vim is updated to version 9.1.2100
  - GPG is updated to version 2.5.17
  - Less is updated to version 691
  - Ncurses is updated to version 6.6
  - GNU Which is updated to version 2.23
  - JQ remains at version 1.8.1
  - Bash updated to version 5.3.9
  - GNU Make remains at version 4.4.1
  
  Curl Updates:
  - Added new auto-tagging capabilities to curl. Downloads are
  now automatically tagged based on file content (binary, EBCDIC,
  or ASCII), while continuing to honor the _ENCODE_FILE_NEW
  environment variable. File tagging can be manually overridden
  using the new --tag flag.
  - Curl now supports reading from z/OS datasets, supporting
  including using the -T option
  (for example, curl -T "//'MY.DATASET'").
  
  Bash Fixes:
  - Fixes execution of UTF-8-tagged scripts via shebang by
  correctly handling character set auto-conversion.
  - Fixed an issue where Bash vi-mode command-line editing
  (set -o vi) displayed garbled characters during interactive
  editing.
  
  General fixes:
  - Fixed a directory naming issue where the tool subdirectories
  used an old version name
  

Problem conclusion

• IBM is releasing a cumulative update to the IBM Open Enterprise
  Foundation for z/OS 1.1, delivering updated tool versions,
  new functionality, and fixes.
