  Db2ZAI 1.6.4 introduces enhancements to SQL optimization
  regression resolution, with a focus on improving automation
  and usability. To provide additional control, Db2ZAI adds
  support for the automatic scheduling of SQL optimization
  regression resolution. Regression resolution schedules can be
  configured to run daily, weekly, or at a specified future time.
  
  In addition, system assessment is enhanced with improved
  recommendations for performance analysis. Distributed
  connection control is also updated to improve the display of
  the DCC pages.
  
  This APAR also addresses the following reported issues for
  Db2ZAI:
  - The password option for the config.sh script could result in
  a "SafRc=8, racfRc=16, racfRsn=28" error related to PassTicket
  generation when the user ID has not been authorized to generate
  a PassTicket for that user ID.
  - Update timeouts could occur for Db2ZAI SQL optimization
  tables because the INSERT_UI_METRICS_15 stored procedure does
  not commit frequently enough.
  - The Db2ZAI config.sh script may fail with the exception
  "java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: Can't load IRRRacf64" if the
  LIBPATH environment variable does not include the /usr/lib
  directory.
  - The migration job could produce unpredictable output when
  attempting to repeat the migration for the same release.
  - The Db2ZAI Liberty server could terminate unexpectedly due to
  a loss of communication with the Spark executor.
  - When a non-POSIX time zone setting is used, Db2ZAI logs could
  display incorrect time zone information.
  - When the Node.js or Liberty server failed to start while DDF
  was down, the error message was insufficient to identify the
  cause.
  - Duplicate access path entries could appear on the SQL
  optimization statement page in the access path history, which
  may confuse users by making it difficult to determine whether
  multiple distinct access paths exist or if the entries are
  redundant.
  - DCC training could fail with an authentication error when
  training processing exceeds 10 minutes and
  enableSysplexWLB=true.
  - Db2ZAI Spark processes write temporary files to the system
  /tmp directory instead of $DB2ZAI_HOME/tmp, which can lead to
  space or permission problems.
