Error description

  • The CI Instance Apply/Report API previously parsed the input DDL
twiceduring Instance Apply and again by the Application
Discovery Servicewhich created unnecessary overhead and slowed
JCL submission. The discovery response also returned full
Db2Object details, even though Instance Apply only needs basic
application metadata, leading to high CPU and memory usage for
    large deployments.

This enhancement removes the duplicate DDL parsing and excludes
Db2Object information from the discovery response used by
Instance Apply. As a result, large file processing is reduced,
performance improves, and JCL submission is faster.
