Error description

• A storage leak occurs in a CICS region when interval statistics
  are collected while a Node.js application are running,
  resulting in accumulating unreleased storage in the DS_VAR
  sub-pool of the EDSA.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When CICS is running a Node.js          *
  *                      application with interval statistics    *
  *                      enabled, the region experiences a       *
  *                      gradual increase in ECDSA storage       *
  *                      usage.                                  *
  ****************************************************************
  A storage leak occurs in the CICS ECDSA when TCB CPU detail
  statistics are collected for Node.js applications. During
  statistics gathering in the Dispatcher Domain, storage areas
  are obtained but not released, resulting in a progressive leak
  in the DS_VAR sub-pool.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFHDSMT has been changed to ensure the DS_VAR sub-pool storage
  is always freed when collecting Node.js statistics.
