Error description

  • * Full abstract

    Enhance the Fetch DDL API to return an error when Ghost Objects
    are detected and instruct users to run Sync Application to
    remove them.

    Problem Description:* The Fetch DDL API has been updated to
    detect Ghost Objectsobjects dropped from the catalog but still
    referenced by the Application. When detected, the API now
    returns an error along with application details requiring a Sync
    Application action. The Sync Application feature has been
    enhanced to display all ghost objects and provide an option to
    remove them, ensuring the Application is fully aligned with the
    catalog. With this change, the Fetch DDL API will no longer
    return any Ghost Objects.

    User Impact:* CICDe users will now fetch only valid, nonghost
    Db2 objects
