Error description

• Object Compare incorrectly generates COMMENT ON TABLE statements
  when using SYSTABLES OWNER and RENAMETB MASK. This can lead to
  an ADB8052E due to the incomplete statement. Object Compare
  should properly generate the COMMENT ON TABLE statement
