PH69942: OBJECT COMPARE GENERATING INCORRECT DDL ORDER FOR DROP INDEX/DROP PRIMARY KEY WHEN USING MASK TO RENAME TABLE NAME

Error description

• Object Comparison Tool generates the CHG DDL statements in the
  wrong order when DROPPING a PRIMARY KEY from a TABLE when a MASK
  is used to rename the TABLE.
  DROP INDEX is executed before ALTER TABLE...DROP PRIMARY KEY,
  which results in SQLCODE = -669, ERROR: THE OBJECT CANNOT BE
  EXPLICITLY DROPPED.

  SQLCODE = -669, ERROR:  THE OBJECT CANNOT BE EXPLICITLY DROPPED.
