Error description

• When GEN is used to generate index information on a Catalog
  Copy, where DSSIZE for indexes was introduced - it
  fails with 'ADB1223E ADB2REM: Unexpected sqlcode in : Select
  syscolumns for DSSIZE in SYSINDEX' error.

  GEN fails with error ADB1223E.
