Error description

• When attempting to build an API requester with
  application/json;charset=utf-8
  specified in the openapi.yaml document, the following messages
  are reported and the API requester is not built:
  
  BAQP0013W: Unable to process the OpenAPI document operation
  (operationId: <operation>, path: <path> , method: <method>).
  Reason: BAQP0055E: The <operation> responses/nnn has multiple
  content media types within the responses/nnn. Set the property
  responseMediaType to specify the required media type for the
  operation <operation>.

Local fix

• Specify a media type in the responseMediaType,
  defaultResponseMediaType, defaultRequestMediaType or
  requestMediaType in the API requester Gradle plug-in properties.

  When attempting to build an OpenAPI 3 API requester with
  application/json;charset=utf-8 with;
  - more than one content type specified in the openapi.yaml
    document
  and
  - without requestMediaType, responseMediaType,
    defaultResponseMediaType or defaultRequestMediaType specified
    in the z/OS Connect API requester Gradle plug-in properties
  the API requester was not built and the reported errors were
  written.
  

Problem conclusion

Temporary fix

Comments

• z/OS Connect has been changed to tolerate charset=utf-8 as part
  of the existing content header processing. This prevents the
  reported build failures.
  
  The fix for this APAR is expected to delivered by the PTF for
  z/OS Connect V3.0.103.0 (PH70973).
