PH69838: INCORRECT ORDER OF FUNCTIONS IN GEN

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When GEN is called to generate DDL for SQL functions and an
  inline SQL function references a compiled SQL function, CREATE
  statements can be generated in the wrong order. CREATE for the
  inline SQL function will fail with SQLCODE -440 because
  referenced function is created later.
