  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: BIND PACKAGE with a DBRM in a zFS       *
  *                      file was only supported for DBRMs       *
  *                      generated from Java applications. This  *
  *                      new function APAR supports BIND         *
  *                      PACKAGE with all DBRMs in zFS files.    *
  ****************************************************************
  With the enhancement of this APAR, BIND PACKAGE with a DBRM in
  a zFS file is fully supported.
  When the DBRM member is in a zFS file, the MEMBER option value
  and LIBRARY option value of the BIND command need to be
  delimited with double quotation marks. The MEMBER option value
  is the file name of the DBRM. The LIBRARY option value is the
  absolute path of the DBRM file.
  For example, the following command binds a package from a DBRM
  file with absolute path name /u/myUser/myMem1:
  
  BIND PACKAGE(MYCOLL1) MEMBER("myMem1") LIBRARY("/u/myUser")
