Error description

• Performing a collect on SMF type 99 subtype 6 records with
  greater than 3 server sections for a Period Data Section causes
  the record to be discarded and misleading DRLDUMP error message
  output.

  1. DRLS2099 record procedure does not tolerate more than 3
     server sections within a single Period Data Section.
  2. When additional server sections are present, the processing
     of the remaining record may produce unclear error messages.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. DRLS2099 record procedure now saves the first 3 server
     sections and skips any remaining for each Period Data
     Section.
  2. Message DRL2932I is displayed at the end of the continuous
     collect interval or at the end of the batch job
     displaying a count of records affected.
