Error description

• The Log Reader Server is exploited by the Db2 HPU unload steps
  that specify the AT QUIESCE option only if the VUU11/RDLOGMOD
  parmlib parameter select the server mode. Therefore, to avoid
  the useless run of the related permanent job, any attempt to
  start the Log Reader server with the START LOG SERVER command
  should not be honored if the VUU11/RDLOGMOD parmlib parameter is
  set to STANDALONE.
