Error description

• The processing of a STOP LOG SERVER command unduly ends with RC
  0 without issuing the expected INZU366I conclusion message after
  the INZU660E message has relevantly reported an error.
  
  This occurs whenever all the conditions of the error reported by
  the INZU660E message are fulfilled. These conditions are the
  following ones:
  - a STOP LOG SERVER command is issued
  - no Log Reader server is running for the Db2 subsystem/data
    sharing group for which the STOP LOG SERVER is issued
