PH69746: REQUIRE RUN OF DB2 HPU UNDER KEY 7 IF AT QUIESCE OPTION REQUESTED

APAR status

Error description

• An ABEND (among which ABENDS0C2, ABENDSDC2 or ABENDS0C4) occurs
  when all the following conditions are fulfilled:
  - Db2 HPU is not running under key 7 (situation reported by the
    INZU241I message)
  - the unload statement specifies the AT QUIESCE option
  - the unload table is updated during the unload
  
  As the correct processing of unload statement with the AT
  QUIESCE option cannot be guaranteed if Db2 HPU is not run under
  key 7, any attempt to run Db2 HPU in such conditions should be
  reported as an error by the INZU692E message and lead to a
  completion code of 8 (RC 8).
