  metrics to use custom statistic set enabling under web
  applications the following counters:
  
  - Response time of a portlet processEvent request
  - Response time of a portlet serveResource request
  - Response time of portlet action
  - Response time of portlet render

  When the user was accessing the /metrics endpoint from the
  metrics.ear application, the WebApplication (Portlet) Prometheus
  metrics were not appearing in the output.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
