  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR improves usability of         *
  *                      'DISPLAY STATS (INDEXTRAVERSECOUNT)'    *
  *                       (ITC) command output.                  *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply corrective PTF when available          *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR improves the usability of the "DISPLAY STATS(ITC)"
  command by making the following changes:
  1.Adding a new "ACTION" column to its output.
  2.Displaying the true value of the "FTB FACTOR" when the
  INDEX_MEMORY_CONTROL subsystem parameter is set to SELECTED,
  rather than showing -1 for indexes that are not selected (i.e.,
  not inserted into the SYSINDEXCONTROL table with ACTION='A').
  
  The output of the DISPLAY STATS(ITC) command will include
  the following columns: DBID, PSID, DBNAME, IX-SPACE, LVL, PART,
  TRAV.COUNT, FTB FACTOR, and a new ACTION column. The ACTION
  column will indicate the action taken for each index,
  with possible values 'A', 'D', 'F', or blank. The FTB FACTOR
  column will display its true value when INDEX_MEMORY_CONTROL is
  set to SELECTED.
