* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: In some cases, the Automatic Binary     *
*                      Optimizer may fail with the message     *
*                      "Assertion failed at ./Binder.cpp:4422: *
*                      location < _length" when optimizing     *
*                      modules containing code sections with a *
*                      length of 0.                            *
