Problem summary

  *                 ) with both mod_deflate and mod_authnz_saf   *
  *                 loaded.                                      *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: mod_deflate in recent PTFS loads        *
  *                      /usr/libzz64.so which is not program    *
  *                      controlled, interfering with the        *
  *                      privileged operations of mod_authnz_saf *
  ****************************************************************
  mod_authnz_saf makes calls that require BPX.SERVER and related
  privilege, such as __passwd or pthread_security_np.
  
  When a process loads any non program controlled libraries,
  these calls fail. /usr/libzz64.so is not shipped with the
  program control extattr enabled.
  

Problem conclusion

• mod_deflate (mod_deflate_z in 8.5) was updated to statically
  link zlib rather than using the libzz64.so DLL.
