Error description

• Db2 Recovery Expert Pro no longer requires conversion tables
  between the subsystem CCSID and CCSID 13488 (UCS 2). The product
  has been updated to use conversion tables between the subsystem
  CCSID and CCSID 1200 (Unicode UTF 16). With the PTF applied,
  customers should no longer encounter the conversion errors
  previously documented in the Conversion tables: Solving
  conversion errors chapter.
