  Symbol SDMAGARR was added by APAR PH57331 (UI94831/UI94832).
  But PTF UO03404 (v12) and UO03405 (v13) do not pre-req
  PTF UI94831 (v12) and UI94832 (v13).
  

Local fix

• Apply PH57331 first before installing APAR PH65837
  (UO03404/UO03405).

  PH65837 references a macro created in PH57331, therefore it
  needs to have a prereq relationship with PH57331. When applying
  PH65837 without first applying PH57331, system will return the
  GIM23911E error message because the new control block that was
  referenced by PH65837 cannot be found from Db2's base source
  code.
  

Problem conclusion

• Db2 has been modified to prevent GIM23911E error when applying
  PH65837.
