Error description

• DR preparation job gets ABEND0C1 in load module BSY#RACB when
  all of the following conditions are met.
  1. Managed ACB is enabled for the target IMS online system.
  2. z/OS virtual storage byte at address X'000000E0' has bit
     B'00000001' on.
  3. 'BSYI999I BSY#RACB CLOSE called by BDIR for ssid' is issued
