  Update
  
  This fix updates the DISTLIB for ZFS binary files eznosqlagent
  and eznosqlprune.
  
  Users Affected: UO06196: PH67239
  
  User Impact: NEW FUNCTION APAR PH67239 introduced the AI-powered
  network outbound packet batching. Due to an incorrect SMP/E
  DISTLIB statement, users of function PH67239 are unable
  to perform SMP/E ACCEPT of the ++APAR.

  This APAR supersedes PTFs UO06196 and UO06326.
